The Mission and Vision

Straight from the source itself:

Mission: “To inSPIRE individuals to achieve their peak potential in life.”

Vision: “To provide an environment where individuals: excel academically, master life’s necessary personal skills, experience tomorrow’s emerging career opportunities and exceed expectations in their sport or other passion specialization.”

The Facilities

SPIRE Lacrosse

At the SPIRE Academy, they have several high-caliber sport offerings, bolstered by the recent addition of boy’s lacrosse. Who better to run this “new” sport than a former Division I stalwart with Midwest ties in Lelan Rogers.

SPIRE Academy Lacrosse programs are ideal for serious lacrosse athletes looking for an intense training environment to prepare for the next level of competition. The Academy serves college-bound high school athletes, as well as high school graduates looking to train/compete for an additional year while seeking the best possible college scholarship opportunities.

Last Month’s Episode

NIL is all the rage right now. College and high school athletes across the country have scrambled to cash in on their name, image, and likeness, but there’s one big problem: most people are very unclear on what you can and can’t do.

In last month’s episode, I talked with NFL-certified agent Freddie Berry and broke down many of the ins and outs of NIL law, how athletes can determine their value and identify opportunities, and lastly we highlight some of the misconceptions that people have about this new wave of legislation.
